I purchased a Persona 4 & 5 mug and let me just say I experienced most likely the best customer service I have ever seen. I had a few questions before my purchase and they were very answered very swiftly and diligently.

After one week of using and owning the mug, I must say they are of very good quality. You can tell a lot of work is put into their items even before opening the box from the neat packaging they are shipped in. The mugs are very stylish and clearly are made to last.

A great way to show off my love the Persona series! Bookmarks arrived in great condition and showed lovely artwork of my favorite characters.

Beautiful quality of the magnets and lovingly packaged, would highly recommend this store’s products.

Hi, the rating is purely for the product and it is just great!!! The Support was great as well, really fast + really helpfull. The shipment takes a lot of time due to the current circumstances ... which of course is not the sellers fault. Regards
